David Moraska of Iron Mountain shot this eight-point buck on the opening morning of Michigan’s firearm season. Moraska took the deer just after first light off Foster City Road. A 102-year-old .250-3000 rifle dropped the buck in its tracks. Moraska makes his own ammunition for the 1915 rifle.
