Niagara junior Reid Schroeder pitched a 7-inning victory and helped his own cause at the plate as the Badgers defeated Gillett 7-2 in M&O Conference baseball Thursday at Niagara. Flivvers, Miners share honors at Kingsford

The host Kingsford Flivvers took first place in the boys meet and second in the girls competition Thursday at the Flivver Invitational. The Negaunee boys placed second, while the girls placed first.
