Theresa ‘Terry’ M. LaFountain

IRON RIVER — Theresa “Terry” M. LaFountain, 88, of Iron River, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, at Aspirus Iron River Hospital. A visitation will be held Monday, Feb. 3, 2025, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Agnes with Fr. Daniel Dapaah to offer the Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery in the spring. Funeral arrangements by the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River.

QUINNESEC — Carol J. Valeski, 86, of Marquette, formerly of Quinnesec and Kingsford, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025 at Teal Lake Senior Living Facility in Negaunee. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at American Martyrs Catholic Church in Kingsford with Fr. Joe Gouin presiding.
