IRON MOUNTAIN — James R. “Jim” Nelson, 89, passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024. Visitation will be held today from 10 a.m. to noon at the Quinnesec United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow at noon at the church. Pastor Walter Reichle will officiate. The burial will be in the Quinnesec Cemetery. The family has entrusted the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain with the arrangements.

IRON MOUNTAIN — Mary Witter, 67, of Iron Mountain passed away unexpectedly at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wis. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, Nov. 11, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 500 Blaine St. in Iron Mountain. A luncheon will follow immediately after Mass at the Immaculate Conception Parish Hall next to the church at approximately noon.
