Cards for kids battling cancer

Fall Harvest Craft Show today

GOODMAN, Wis. — The Goodman-Armstrong Creek Varsity Club will host its annual Fall Harvest Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at the G-AC High School gym. This 19th annual free admission event features more than 40 crafters, Polish food concession, as well as a bake sale and bucket raffles.

IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain-Kingsfod General Federation of Women’s Clubs will meet at noon Friday, Nov. 1, at Pine Grove Country Club in Iron Mountain. Post 145 breakfast on Sunday

NORWAY — The American Legion Post 145 of Norway will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the hall. The menu will include scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, French toast, hashbrown potatoes, toast, coffee, milk, juice and fruit salad. Cost is $10 per person; with ages 6 and younger eat ing for free. Everyone is welcome. The post is at 612 Main St. in Norway.

Veterans dinner planned Nov. 9 in Hermansville

HERMANSVILLE — The Veterans Appreciation Dinner will be 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, in the Post 340 Legion Hall in Hermansville. The meal will feature a spaghetti dinner. There will also be a 50-50 raffle drawing. All are welcome to attend. Cost is $10 per plate All veterans can eat for free.

DCH retirees meet Friday
