Wedding — Babbit, Romagnoli

Katrina Babbit and Bruce Romagnoli were united in marriage on Dec. 1, 2018, during a 1 p.m. ceremony at First Presbyterian Church in Kingsford, with the Rev. Michael March officiating.

The bride wore a blush-colored, fit and flare Maggie Sottero gown and a blush-colored, cathedral-length veil. She carried an arrangement of white roses and baby’s-breath.

Special reader was Amy Murphy, the groom’s sister-in-law.

The reception was at St. Anthony’s Hall in Niagara, Wis.

The bride is the daughter of Mike and Kelly Small of Iron Mountain.

The groom is the son of Tamie and Dino Romagnoli of Iron Mountain.

Matron of honor was Ashley Christian, friend of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Tia Romagnoli, the groom’s sister, and Sandra Hoke and Hollyann Flaminio, both friends of the bride.

Bridesmaids wore floor-length, rose-gold sequin dresses and each carried a bouquet of baby’s-breath.

Best man was Justin Murphy, the groom’s brother. Groomsmen were Joshua Babbit, the bride’s brother; Allen Linn, the groom’s cousin; and Weegee Flaminio, a friend of the groom.

Flower girls were Ella and Lia Murphy, the groom’s nieces.

The bride graduated from Kingsford High School in 2010, and from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2018 with an associate degree in human resources.

She will graduate from Franklin University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in human resources. She is employed as a human resources director at ManorCare Health Services in Kingsford.

The groom graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 2009 and from Lakeland College in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

He is employed as a quality engineer at American Axle and Manufacturing in Kingsford.

The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas immediately after the wedding.
