IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson County Library now offers appointments to browse for materials at all three locations.

Appointments are limited to 15 minutes and patrons must wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose at all times. Call the local site to schedule an appointment during available times.

Unfortunately, both the children’s room and the local history room at the Iron Mountain library will remain closed to browsing at this time. However, a kiosk of new children’s items is available for browsing in the adult reading room. Call the main library in Iron Mountain if looking for items in one of the closed areas, and library staff will assist.

Curbside pickup of library materials and limited appointments for use of computers, copiers, faxing services and more will continue to be available.

Hours of operation continue to be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Iron Mountain library and Solomonson branch in Norway. The North Dickinson branch hours are 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
