Kingsford — A Red Cross blood drive will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, at First Presbyterian Church, 395 Hamilton Ave. in Kingsford.

Blood drives also are planned Thursday, May 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 800 Selden Road, Iron River; and Friday, May 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 20 S. Fifth St., Crystal Falls.
