Art for All seeks artists

IRON MOUNTAIN — Artists are being sought for the 55th annual Art for All show, planned for Saturday, June 25 at City Park in Iron Mountain.

Nearly 50 artists will exhibit distinctive art in an outdoor show that appeals to artisans across the country. It attracts works ranging from painting and photography to jewelry and sculpture. Each artist’s body of work is subject to a rigorous jurying process ensuring that only the highest quality of work is available for purchase.

In addition to the artwork, musical entertainment and interesting demonstrations will be featured. A hands-on craft area will be available for children and adults alike. There will be food, beverages and a silent auction.

Art for All will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 25, rain or shine, at Iron Mountain’s City Park. There is no charge for parking or admission. All area artists are encouraged to enter. Forms can be obtained by contacting Katy Blackhall at imartforall@gmail.com. Application deadline is March 12. Artists who apply before March 12 will be entered into a drawing for free entry to the show. If anyone is interested in volunteering on the Art for All committee, contact Joy Nasi at 906-774-3095.
