Florence County Historical Society to meet
FLORENCE, Wis. — The Florence County Historical Society will have its monthly meeting at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the fellowship hall of First Presbyterian Church in Florence.
The organization meets the second Tuesday of the month from March through November.
All individuals who are interested in preserving the county’s history are welcomed to attend and participate in the activities of the organization.
The agenda for the meeting includes a review of the new exhibits, the opening of the museum, the veteran’s open house June 15 and the annual fundraising raffle of a quilt.
Other items are also on the agenda for consideration.
