IRON MOUNTAIN -- The First Methodist Church Women will host its Cornish Market featuring its recipes from its rich Cornish heritage on Saturday, Sept. 28.
The market will be open from 9 a.m. to noon at the church at 106 Fourth St. in Iron Mountain.
They will sell its authentic saffron buns, seedy buns, Cousin Jack cookies, potato cake and jelly tarts, along with mini pasties and traditional bakery and snacks.
The Cornish Cafe will once again offer its pasty lunch, a slice of traditional apple pie with scalded, coffee or tea.
