IRON MOUNTAIN — Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson is offering a free health care presentation at 11 a.m. Tuesday.

The Tuesday topic, “How To Improve Your Balance and Avoid Falling,” will be presented by Sara Gunville, director of MMC-Dickinson Rehabilitative Services.

Attendees can learn how, through awareness and exercise, they can increase their quality of life and reduce the chance of falling and sustaining an injury.
