NORWAY — The Vulcan-Norway-Loretto Lions Club has announced the winners in their annual Community Picnic and Raffle on Sunday.

They are: $1,000, David Gorringe; $500, Bob DeRoeck; $100, Joan Luhtanen, Karen Thompson, Tammy Sladky, Jennifer Gerard and Kathleen Pipp.

The V-N-L Lion’s Club thanks everyone who purchased raffle tickets or attended the picnic. A big thank you to all the local businesses that contributed items to be given away as prizes.

“Because of the outpouring support of our community, you helped make our picnic a huge success,” member Terry Backlund said. “We hope to see you next year at Marion Park on Sunday, July 12.”
