Senatori celebrates 101st birthday Monday

KINGSFORD — Betty Senatori will celebrate her 101th birthday Monday.
Betty was born in East Kingsford, where she raised her five children, Sherry, Dennis, Pete, Lori and John.
She worked as a welder during World War II in Milwaukee, while the love of her life, Fred, served overseas in the U.S. Army. After he returned, they married and spent 64 wonderful years together.
Betty worked at the Summit Dairy and Americana until her retirement.
Betty and Fritz spent their winters in Florida and summers in Iron Mountain.
She is the oldest and longest member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Iron Mountain. She listens to services online.
With the help of her family, Betty still lives at home with her Chihuahua, Taco.
On Monday, she and her family and Taco will enjoy a good meal, cake and memories.
Betty is loved by many, especially her family.
