The Knockabouts rescheduled at Crystal Theatre

CRYSTAL FALLS — Due to the historic snowstorm, the Crystal Theatre has rescheduled the Knockabouts concert for 7 p.m. Saturday, April 4.

The Marquette-based trio specializes in Celtic and traditional music and plays contemporary and original tunes from around the world.

Barb Rhyneer on violin, Tim DeMarte on bodhran and cajon and Dan Truckey on acoustic guitar and Irish bouzouki together create a unique sound that is growing in popularity across the U.P.

“Instead of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day amidst rising snow banks, The Knockabouts will help us knock out winter and welcome spring,” said Kristin Underhill, Crystal Theatre’s managing director. “We’re pleased that the group was able and willing to reschedule at a day’s notice.”

She also encourages patrons to reserve seats for the Legend Concert, featuring country music artist Lorrie Morgan, that is set for July 10 while ordering tickets for this event. “Tickets are selling fast,” Underhill said.

The Knockabouts is the first show in Crystal Theatre’s 2026 eight-event Gem of a Season series, which extends into October.

In addition to advanced tickets for this show, eight-event and four-event Flex Passes are available to purchase at discounted prices.

Tickets can be purchased online at thecrystaltheatre.org, by phone at 906-875-3208 or in person from 9 a.m. to noon weekday mornings.

Starting at $3.50/week.
