Harry and the former Mary Galiardi were married on July 2, 1949, at Immaculate Conception Church in Wakefield with a Mass celebrated by three priests. They are truly a match made in Heaven, says their family.

Their life together has revolved around their faith, family and friends. When faced with challenges and obstacles, they relied on their faith in God and their dedication to each other.

They have three children, Elizabeth (Jeffrey) Stack, Frank (Joan) Urbanski and Mary Kay (Carl) Johnson. They are loving grandparents to Catherine (Nate Doyle) Stack and Emilie Stack, Justin (Kari) Urbanski and Ashley (Jeff) Bengtzen, and Michelle (Brandon) Morey. Great-grandchildren Jaden, Emma and Kash Urbanski, Colton and Isabella Bengtzen and Priya and Avalyn Morey bring them joy beyond compare.

They embraced their work with passion and joy and have been blessed with a long and a satisfying retirement.

Harry retired from Iron Mountain High School as a math teacher and Mary retired from Breitung Township Schools as their food service director.

The couple is active members of St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Kingsford.
