Davis, Wollum join the staff at Oak Crest Golf Club in Norway

NORWAY – Two new staff members have joined the staff at the Oak Crest Restaurant & Golf Club in Norway.

Steve Davis is the head chef and Kindra Wollum is the food/beverage director and event coordinator.

Oak Crest is open daily during the golf season with the public welcome. The dining room will be newly updated and feature new entrees made by Davis.

The restaurant is open throughout the year and features pizza and Mexican night on Tuesdays and fish frys on Fridays. Starting Nov. 1, Thursday will be steak night and there is football on Sundays with food and drink specials during the game, a spokesperson said.
