Milligan retiring from IMKCFCU

DEBBIE MILLIGAN

KINGSFORD — Vice President Debbie Milligan has decided to retire after almost four decades with Iron Mountain-Kingsford Community Federal Credit Union.

Milligan first joined the staff as a teller in 1980. She was promoted to loan clerk in 1989, then later that same year became head teller.

She was named loan department manager in 1998 and soon thereafter took over as vice president-lending until 2013, when she advanced to vice president.

“Debbie exemplifies the CU philosophy of people helping people both at work and in our community,” CEO Scott Dickman said. “… Her wisdom, experience and professionalism will be truly missed, but we are happy that she is going to enjoy her much-earned retirement with her family.”

Said Milligan, “I am looking forward to spending more time with my family and friends, plan to catch up on my reading, pursue my interest in fiber arts and travel.”
