DANELLE DOVE, BROKER-owner of RE/MAX North Country, center, recently was recognized as New Franchise of the Year by RE/MAX of Michigan after opening a third office at the junction of U.S.2 and M-95 in Iron Mountain.

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. — RE/MAX North Country recently was recognized as the New Franchise of the Year for opening its third office at the junction of U.S. 2 and M-95 in Iron Mountain.

Broker-owner Danelle Dove was presented with the award during RE/MAX of Michigan’s annual Regional Conference and Awards Gala at the Grand Traverse Resort.

Attending the ceremony with Dove were Pamela Uren-Richter, Katie Cascioli and Jessica Phillips.

The award recognizes the business for its commitment to expansion efforts.

“Congrats to my entire firm that worked so hard in 2018,” Dove said. “It was a great night celebrating all of our accomplishments. I am fully committed to helping my agents be as successful as they can be in both Iron and Dickinson counties.”

In addition to the new franchise award, RE/MAX North Country also received the Market Leader Award for Iron County.

Dove has been licensed in real estate since 1995 and opened RE/MAX North Country in Crystal Falls in 2014. She expanded operations with an Iron River branch location in 2015.

She has since grown the brokerage to three offices and six associates who handle residential, vacant land and commercial purchases and sales.
