IRON MOUNTAIN — Taylor Lindholm, a realtor with Stephens Real Estate’s Iron Mountain office, recently earned the industry designation as a Seller Representative Specialist.

Lindholm was required to successfully complete coursework designed to elevate an agent’s methods, tools and techniques to provide better support and services. She also had to demonstrate significant seller representation experience and subscribe to the Realtors’ Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice.

Lindholm has her real estate license in both Michigan and Wisconsin and previously earned the Accredited Buyer Representative professional designation and At Home with Diversity certification.
