IRON MOUNTAIN — Kingsview Financial Services, locally led by wealth manager Greg LaFreniere, officially marked its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce.
The event in June welcomed community members, business leaders and clients to celebrate the new office in Suite A at 126 Woodward Ave. in Iron Mountain.
With 22 years of experience in the Iron Mountain area, LaFreniere said he has built his reputation on providing personalized financial guidance and long-term wealth management.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wis. Before transitioning into the financial industry, he worked in Radiologic Technologist Management, where he managed direct patient care, staffing and budgeting in a hospital setting, according to information posted on the Kingsview Financial Services website.
LaFreniere states on the website that he was influenced by older mentors who emphasized the importance of saving for retirement, adding he is passionate about the responsibility of educating younger individuals.
“Seeing goals being obtained and dreams come true, and showing younger people the power of investing over time is why I chose this profession,” LaFreniere said.
Now part of Oregon-based Kingsview Partners’ nationwide network, he continues to offer independent, customized financial strategies designed to help clients build, manage and protect their wealth.
Attendees at the grand opening enjoyed refreshments, toured the new office and had the opportunity to learn more about Kingsview’s comprehensive approach to client service and investment planning.
Kingsview Financial Services is accepting new clients. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
