MORTGAGE SALE –

A mortgage was

granted by Leslie M. Lorenzoni, who

acquired title as Leslie Lorenzoni and Mindi Lorenzoni,

husband and wife, who acquired title as Mindi Bonikowske, joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, original mortgagor(s), to

Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Mortgagee, dated December 18, 2012, and recorded on

December 27, 2012 in Liber 769 on Page 801, and assigned by mesne assignments to Lakeview Loan

Servicing, LLC as

assignee as

documented by an

assignment, in

Dickinson county records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-One and 01/100 Dollars ($144,281.01).

Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the

statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public

vendue, at the place of holding the circuit court within Dickinson

County, at 10:00 AM, on January 20, 2017.

Said premises are

situated in City of

Norway, Dickinson County, Michigan, and are described as: A parcel of land located in the Northwest

Quarter of Southwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section Six (6), Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Twenty-nine (29) West, M.P.M., described as follows; Beginning at a point which is 1078.04 feet South and 195.71 feet East of the West One-Quarter Corner of Section 6, Town 39 North, Range 29 West; thence running South 9 degrees 21 minutes 43 seconds West for a distance of 71.13 feet; thence running in a Southwesterly direction along the arc of a 60 foot radius curve

concave to the left for a distance of 77.62 feet (Long chord bears South 31 degrees 12 minutes 27 seconds West, 74.20 feet); thence running North 80 degrees 38 minutes 17 seconds West for a distance of 121.70 feet; thence running North 11 degrees 53 minutes 21 seconds East for a distance of 140.14 feet; thence running South 80 degrees 38 minutes 17 seconds East for a distance of 143.14 feet to the point of

beginning.

Beginning at a point that is 1211.68 feet South and 145.69 feet East of the West One-Quarter Corner of Section 6, Town 39 North, Range 29 West; thence running in a Southwesterly direction along the arc of a 60.0 foot radius curve

concave to the left for a distance of 75.00 feet (Long chord bears South 43 degrees 49 minutes 41 seconds East, 71.91 feet); thence running South 9 degrees 21 minutes 43 seconds West for a distance of 90.0 feet; thence running North 87 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West for a distance of 187.6 feet; thence running North 11 degrees 53 minutes 21 seconds East for a distance of 156.67 feet; thence running South 80 degrees 38 minutes 17 seconds East for a distance of 121.70 feet to the point of

beginning. Bearings are referenced to the U.S. Highway No. 2 which has a record bearing of South 77 degrees 37 minutes 35 seconds East.

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in

accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.

If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the

Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the

borrower will be held responsible to the

person who buys the property at the

mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
