representative of the decedent’s estate to whom Letters of

Authority have been

issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Jane Fay Miller Trust, dated April 16, 1999, will be forever barred unless

presented to Wells Fargo, N.A., trustee, 5301 Southwest Pkwy, Bldg A, Flr 3, Austin, TX 78735, within four months after date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and

distributed the persons

entitled to it.
