Cold forecast for trick-or-treaters

The forecast for Halloween is only a little bit scary.
Chances for snow and rain will hold off until Friday, but trick-or-treaters will still have to contend with brisk winds and wintry air.
Temperatures in the mid-30s are expected Thursday afternoon, dipping to about 29 by 7 p.m.
Afternoon winds could gust as high as 20 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
Trick-or-treat hours for Halloween on Thursday in the region include:
— 3 to 7 p.m. in Aurora, Wis.
— 3 to 6 p.m. in Crivitz, Wis.
— 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Pembine, Wis.
— 3:30 to 7 p.m. in Florence, Wis.
— 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Wausaukee, Wis.
— 4 to 6 p.m. in Hermansville and Powers, as well as Dunbar, Wis.
— 4 to 7 p.m., in Iron Mountain, Kingsford, Breitung Township, Quinnesec, Norway, Norway Township, Iron County, Felch Township, Waucedah Township, Sagola Township and in Niagara, Wis.
— 5 to 7 p.m., in Goodman, Wis.
— 5 to 8 p.m. in Iron River
