IRON MOUNTAIN — A Brownfield and Land Bank Development Tools training session will be held March 10 at Bay College West.

The workshop from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. coincides with the recent reactivation of the Dickinson County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and the creation of the Dickinson County Land Bank Authority. The training will help developers, bankers, local elected officials and governmental staff, and local planning and zoning board members learn more about how these tools assist communities and developers in creating new investment opportunities.

Guest speakers include Jen Tucker of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Jim Tischler of the Michigan State Land Bank Authority
