GLADSTONE — A man accused of shooting into a Gladstone home Saturday night has been arraigned on felony charges.

About 11:12 p.m. Saturday, officers from Gladstone Public Safety responded to a report of shots fired into an occupied residence on the 800 block of Delta Avenue. After investigating, they located Brian Edward Mader of Gladstone at a nearby residence. He was taken to the Delta County Correctional Facility.

Mader, 20, was arraigned this week in Delta County District Court on two counts of weapons — firearms — discharge in or at a building, a felony punishable by 10 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. Bond was set at $60,000 cash/surety.
