A little supervision

Annette Richardson, 3, makes sure her dad, Bryan, picks the right pumpkins in the patch at Slagle’s Family Farm in Felch Township. She then helped him tote their selections out of the field. Bryan Richardson, of Iron Mountain, said the pumpkins and gourds would be “for decorating and deer.” Several members of the Richardson family turned out Sunday for opening day of the Slagle’s pumpkin patch on Metropolitan Road.
