ATHELSTANE, Wis. — Bridge replacement work will begin Thursday on County Trunk Highway C over the Wausaukee River near Flom Road in the Town of Athelstane.

The project is estimated to be completed on July 1. Beginning May 4, CTH C will be closed to all east- and westbound traffic at the Wausaukee River, and a signed detour will be established.

The signed detour for westbound CTH C traffic will be CTH C to U.S. 141 to CTH X to CTH A. The signed detour for eastbound traffic will be CTH A to CTH X to U.S. 141 to CTH C.
