MENOMINEE — The Menominee County Democrats will have their general meeting Tuesday in the ground floor meeting room behind the front desk at Spies Public Library, 940 First St. in Menominee.

Hors d’oeuvres and socializing will take place starting at 5 p.m., with the meeting to follow at 5:30 p.m. Discussion includes their candidates’ forum, which thousands have viewed online already, possible community projects, billboards, food banks contributions, a possible newsletter, monthly and upcoming events, volunteer opportunities and as always a brief report on what the Michigan and U.S. Congress members and attorney generals are working on.
