Pulpwood aviation fuel plant proposed in Wisconsin

As Wisconsin legislation continues to move on $210 million in tax incentives for a new $1.5 billion pulpwood facility in Hayward, Synthec Fuels’ chief operating officer said the decision on whether to put the facility in Hayward or another state is not solely dependent on the state funds.
