Joel Gagne-Miller

CHANNING — Joel Andrew Gagne-Miller, 15, of Channing, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025.

He was born on Jan. 28, 2010, in Iron Mountain to David Miller and Chelsey Gagne.

Joel loved hunting, fishing, hanging out with friends, his brothers, his emotional support dog “Diesel,” fixing cars and off-road vehicles, welding, dirt biking, camping, swimming, driving fast, food like his mama’s, wrestling, anything to do with an engine and a Chevy symbol, and he took great pride in playing football.

Joel was our first and will always be our greatest creation. Whoever met him would always be greeted with respect, love, and his kind, warm hearted to help anyone. He was a true gentleman that we are so proud to have as our loving son. He is at peace with the Lord now and driving fast with his favorite uncle, who he loved so dearly.

He is survived by mother and stepfather, Chelsey Gagne Seratti and Gino Seratti; his father and stepmother, David and Jamyca Miller; brothers Tucker Seratti, Lucas Seratti, Maverick Seratti, Jasper Miller, Onyx Miller, and Mica Miller; sister Reagan Seratti; stepsister Hannah Miller; maternal grandparents Raymond and Stephanie Broeders, and Ron and Kristy Gagne; paternal grandparents Alan and Theresa “Tessie” Miller; stepgrandmother Lorraine Seratti; maternal great-grandparents Jeannie Faught, and Eli Gagne; and paternal great-grandparent Janice Little.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Larry Faught and Joyce Gagne; paternal great-grandparents, Virginia and William Miller and Richard Little; and uncle Mitchell Gagne.
