Lucille T. Bartolameolli

She was born Feb. 9, 1927, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Domenic and Margaret (Benzo) Ruffatto. Lucille was a lifetime resident of Iron Mountain and a graduate of Iron Mountain High School, Class of 1945.

She married Henry Bartolameolli on Sept. 4, 1948, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on July 20, 2012.

Lucille worked for many years at Olivia’s Market. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, bingo, and going to the casino. Lucille was a member of the Amidon Follies and the Paisano Women for many years, and also the U.S.O. Julius Menominee Ranger Historical Society.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Henry, Lucille was preceded in death by three brothers, Nick, Domenic, and Joseph Ruffatto; four sisters, Ann L. Spigarelli, Eva St. Arnauld, Adeline Ruffatto, and Delores McCarthy.

Visitation will be held on Monday, Oct. 20, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. Prayers will be recited at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Iron Mountain. The Rev. Father Michael Chenier will officiate.

Burial will be in Cemetery Park in Iron Mountain.
