FREDERICK, Md. — Sandra “Sandy” Kay (Martignon) Johnson, a cherished member of her family and community, passed away on Dec. 3, 2025, at the age of 73 in Frederick, Md. Graveside service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 1 p.m. at Norway Township Cemetery, with Father John Martignon officiating.
