As the treasurer of the Iron Mountain Area Clergy Association, I am writing to thank the community for your wonderful generosity. On April 16, the Dickinson County Community Chorus offered a stunningly beautiful Holy Tuesday Choral Service at St. Mary Catholic Church in Norway. IMACA sponsored a Community Good Friday Service on April 19 at First Presbyterian Church in Iron Mountain. A free-will offering was taken at both services, and a total of $3,101.55 was received. IMACA will distribute those funds to more than a dozen ministries in the area that serve those in need.

A sincere “Thank You!” to all who contributed and all who helped make these events possible. It has been great to see Catholics and Protestants, “mainliners” and evangelicals, Yoopers and Badgers, the musically gifted and the tone deaf, come together to honor God and serve our neighbors.
