Hands down, Kamala Harris defeated Donald Trump in their first debate. Of course, blame is now being shifted to the two ABC moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis, that they favored the vice president and that is the reason former president Trump lost the debate. Yes, the moderators were slanted toward Harris, but fact of the matter is Trump lost the debate because he did not prepare enough for it. Debate ‘staged attack’ on Trump

Was that a debate? No, it was a staged attack on Donald Trump. A debate is between two candidates. This debate was Trump against Kamala Harris and two ABC debaters. Many times Trump was told by moderator David Muir, “That is not true.” (Editor’s note: ABC moderators fact-checked or clarified statements by Trump five times during the debate, compared with no fact-checks for Harris.) Imagine this scenario: All the residents of Dickinson County are gathered together. Someone with a microphone addressing all the citizens starts making fun of and humiliating a parent whose child has a terrible drug addiction. I hope those reading this letter will agree that is too mean of behavior to be acceptable. Tab collection needed this week

EDITOR: To all of you who collect aluminum can tabs for the Ronald McDonald House in Milwaukee, I would like to have them turned in this week at the collection sites. After I pick them up and get a final count, etc., I will deliver them to Goldin Iron & Metal Recycling in Kaukauna, Wis. I will not be picking them up anymore for a while, probably permanently. Continue to collect them but keep them at your homes. Another letter will follow at a later date.
