IRON MOUNTAIN — Marquette’s Lauren Kurzawa and Kingsford’s Erica Whittkopf topped the list of All-UP Girls Soccer Conference selections announced Friday.

League coaches named Kurzawa the offensive player of the year while Whittkopf was selected the defensive player of the year.

Kurzawa was joined on the all-conference squad by teammates Ivy Pickard, Paige Britton, Natalie Robinia and Sydney Lake.

The rest of the team was filled out by Whittkopf and Flivver teammates Bailey Johnson and Liz Penegor. Iron Mountain was represented by Olivia Stanchina, Reagan Lundholm, Hanna Ellis, Chloe Bianco and Mia Fairchild.

Honorable mention went to Emilee Gooch, Averie Kelly and Sophie Bartlett of Marquette; Lauren Lesky and Macy McCormick of Iron Mountain; Christina Englund of Kingsford and Meg Keranen of Houghton.
