IRON MOUNTAIN – With Rob Granquist and Pat Flood leading the way, Solberg’s Greenleaf #1 defeated Juiced Apparel 74-64 in an A Division contest. Eddie Thoune and Tom Granquist led the shirt printers on the evening.

In other A Division action, Fleury Singler cruised past First National Bank 60-48. John Swanson canned 21 for FS, while Ty Thomann led all scorers with 24 points.

In B Division, 33 points from Lane Lindeman and 19 from Janssen Baij led the way for Poma Masonry as they blasted Stanek Chiropractic 69-51. Andrew Casanova and Nate Rutter combined for 30 points for Stanek’s in the losing effort.

Also in a B game, Jed Uren led all scores with 30 points for Top Notch Hardscaping as they defeated Big 10 Sports Bar/Inconcreto 59-48. Tony Punzel added 16 points for Top Notch, while Bryan Richardson led Big 10/Inconcreto with 13 points.

In another B contest, Edwards Automotive slipped past Tavern On Central/Florence Motor Sales 50-44. Matt Pipp and Bryan Barrington led Edwards in scoring in victory.

In Class C, LIUNA Local 1329 doubled up Northern Interstate Bank 59-27. Josh Buchcanon and Mario Alessandrini led the way for the Laborers. Jeff McLean paced NIB on the evening.

Thirsty Whale/Knight Owl slipped past Allen Painting and Decorating 46-40 in more Class C action. Bryce Plante netted 13 points, while Adam Faull added 10 points for the Whale/Owl. Dalton Allen led all scorers with 14 points for the Painters in the losing effort.

Shawn Beaster canned 22 points and Tyler Polfus added 17 points as the Hitch N Post cruised past Solberg’s Greenleaf 69-54 in more Class C hoops. Colby DalSanto led the Leaf with 13 points, while Jim Anderson and Neil Hanson each chipped in 11 points.
