A trio of Dickinson County swimmers participated in the 22nd Annual Swim Teal Lake Benefit for Diabetes. From left, Kingsford seventh grader Dominic Tatangelo, Kingsford sophomore Allison Deuter and Iron Mountain freshman Bryce Johnson represented the Northern Lights YMCA Dickinson Center and Kingsford High School swim teams at the July 26 event. All three swam the full 2.25-mile distance across Teal Lake, going from the Negaunee shoreline to the Ishpeming side.
