Florence County trails to close soon

FLORENCE, Wis. — The entire Florence County snowmobile and ATV/UTV trail system will be closed effective 12:01 a.m. Friday, officials said. Winter groomer operations will end per state grooming contracts. This closure will also help to protect deteriorating trail conditions from erosion during spring break-up. IRON MOUNTAIN — Anglers are reminded that a new fishing license year starts Saturday, April 1, in both Michigan and Wisconsin.
