Escanaba to host Legion baseball

ESCANABA — The Gregg Johnson/Al Erickson Memorial American Legion baseball tournament will take place this weekend with 10 teams making the trip. Games will be played Friday and Saturday at The Bay College Field in Wells and Al Ness Field in Escanaba. The semifinals and championship game will take place at Al Ness Field on Sunday. The 10 teams are split into two pools. Pool A consists of Escanaba, Niagara, Kewaunee County, Sheboygan and Sault Ste Marie.
