Prefers the gas prices in Wisconsin

Speak Out

We hear a lot about “shop local.”

We also know there are some things you cannot get local, so you have to go out of the area. There are some medical reasons, for example, to go outside of the area.

If you are going south of Green Bay, don’t fill your gas tank in Iron Mountain. Instead, make sure you have enough gas to get to Green Bay.

Last week our local gas prices hit $2.79. I paid 40 cents less per gallon in Green Bay. Our Democratic governor wants to add a 45 cents gas tax on top of our high gas prices.

She also wants to close down Enbridge Line 5, which would raise the price of liquid propane gas in the Upper Peninsula.

Sure is good we have a governor who is from the party for the working people.
