Kingsford’s Pickett selected to Great Northern first team

KINGSFORD — Kingsford’s Abygail Pickett was named to the All-Great Northern Conference volleyball first team.
She was joined on the first team by Paige Wendt and Dacota Lambert of Escanaba; Katja Wilhelms and Kelsie Sibbald of Sault Ste. Marie; and Chloe Hale of Marquette.
Kingsford’s Samantha Maycunich and Jordyn Kriegl made second team with Kaleia Lawrence and Taleise Lawrence of Escanaba; Val Gage and Kristen Laprade of Sault Ste. Marie; Lauren Wilkinson and Mikaila Graham of Marquette; and Brianne Burnette and Emma Hofer of Menominee.
