CRYSTAL FALLS — Rudolph “Rudy” John Dalpra, 90, a Crystal Falls native, passed away on July 29, 2024, in Safford, Ariz. Rudy was born in Crystal Falls, on March 1, 1934, to Rudolph G. Dalpra and Anna W. (Martinson) Dalpra. He attended the Crystal Falls schools, graduating from high school with the class of 1952. Just weeks after graduation, he joined the service, serving for four years (July of 1952-July of 1956) in the U.S. Air Force Security Services. Cora was born in Baltimore, Ma. on June 14, 1943, to parents William and Ruth (nee Sturm) Tennison. She grew up in West Virginia and Michigan, graduating from Clare High School in Clare, Mich. She attended Central Michigan University, and later in life, Bay de Noc College, with a degree in nursing.
