Nashville Hitmen and friends take stage at the Crystal Theatre Aug. 2

Nashville Hitmen returns with “American Gold, That 70s Music ‘25” at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug 2 at the Crystal Theatre.

CRYSTAL FALLS — The Crystal Theatre welcomes back Mark Oliverius and the Nashville Hitmen to the stage with “American Gold, That 70s Music ’25” at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug 2.

Mia Brown returns as featured vocalist, joined by local musicians Larry Ketola and Paul Sundquist.

The audience can expect to hear the most iconic songs of the ’60s and ’70s, plus some Brown originals.

The Hitmen repertoire includes hits by Linda Ronstadt, Neil Diamond, Dianne Warwick, and Paul Simon, along with The Doobie Brothers, ABBA, Fleetwood Mac, Aerosmith, Journey, and The Spinners.

Born and raised in Crystal Falls, Oliverius started his own music and video production/publishing company, Big Timber Entertainment, in 1989 in Nashville.

The group helps musical artists, singers and entertainers market themselves to record labels and radio stations.

Brown has been working with Oliverius on her debut project for more than two years. Considered a multi-genre artist, she mixes today’s Midwest pop, ’70s FM rock, jazz and country to create her own unique sound.

Advanced tickets for the show can be purchased online at thecrystaltheatre.org by phone at 906-875-3208, or at the box office at Stage Left from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday.

The Crystal Theatre reminds the public that Flex Passes are always on sale either online or at the box office.
