First Presbyterian Church in Florence to host meal Monday

FLORENCE, Wis. — The First Presbyterian Church in Florence invites the public Monday to “Come to Supper.” Served in the fellowship hall in the lower level of the church, 409 Florence Ave., the free hot meal with dessert and beverages is open to everyone from 5 to 5:45 p.m. Families and individuals are encouraged to come to enjoy the meal and time to visit with others. Please note the fellowship hall is accessible to all. Anyone needing assistance to use the elevator will find a phone number posted on the door that will summon a person downstairs to help.

Free revival planned

KINGSFORD — A free revival event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 17, in the pavilion at Cowboy Lake in Kingsford. It will have free food and vendors, including The Cure, Dickinson County Cancer Loan Closet and others. Events include face painting, a children’s Bible study table and speakers. Crossroads rummage sale

NORWAY — Crossroads Alliance, consisting of Bethany Lutheran Church and Grace United Methodist Church, will host their annual spring rummage sale Friday and Saturday at 130 Odill Drive in Norway, behind the Jake Menghini museum. The sale will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. A hot lunch and refreshments will also be available for purchase. Proceeds go to support Crossroads Alliance.
