A flag dedication took place in September to honor the late Larry Kuchinski Sr., a longtime Niagara, Wis., city councilman and village trustee. In the top left photo, George Bousley presents a flag to Kuchinski’s widow, Helen. Bousley served with Kuchinski for many year on the city council and village board. At lower left is the plaque at the base of the flagpole. Above right is Kuchinski’s family — from left, daughter Karen Rock, Helen, daughter Donna Moreau and sons Jerry and Larry Jr. Other family members present at the dedication included his grandchildren. The flagpole is at the base of the hill just off U.S. 141 near the artificial waterfall.
