MARQUETTE — State Employee Retirees Association 906 Chapter, which encompasses all of the Upper Peninsula, had planned an in-person meeting Wednesday at the Citizens Forum of Lakeview Arena in Marquette. Unfortunately, state health department rulings have made the session an impossibility.

This was to be the first meeting of the year for the 906 Chapter. The chapter board will meet after the health department ban is set to terminate at the end of May to arrange meetings of the retirees.

Any retiree from State of Michigan Employment is welcome at any meeting of 906 SERA by making a reservation with 906 Chapter Membership Chair Edgar Sommers II via email at edgarl1966@yahoo.com.
