The Norway Athletic Booster Club is selling 50-50 drawing tickets toward refurbishing the fitness center. Rico Meneghini, right, son of the late Lee Meneghini, presents a $3,975 check to Rae Anne Seat, Norway Athletic Booster Club president, to lead off the effort. Tickets can be purchased at the school for $10 each, from any coach or Booster Club member or at these businesses: The Knight Owl, Mister Mom’s, The Thirsty Whale, The Longbranch Saloon, CarQuest Auto Parts and Bimbo’s Wine Press. Lee Meneghini was an avid supporter of Norway High School athletics who often could be seen at local sporting events with a bag of popcorn in his hand, cheering on the teams.
