Parkinson’s group to meet Thursday
KINGSFORD — The Parkinson Society, a support group for those who have Parkinson’s disease and their family and friends, will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church pavilion on Hamilton Street in Kingsford. Attendees are asked to bring a chair and a beverage of their choice.
The meeting will move to the fellowship room if rain threatens. The value and kinds of exercises for people with PD will be discussed. Handout materials will be available along with time for questions and concerns. For more information, call 906-774-0332.v
