Parkinson group sets meeting

KINGSFORD — The Parkinson Society, a support group for Parkinson patients, caregivers, families and friends, will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church, in the pavilion if weather permits, on Hamilton Avenue in Kingsford.

Those who attend are asked to bring their own beverage. They will continue to discuss concerns as well as the benefits of exercise. This meeting is open to all PD patients in the area. For more information, call 906-774-0332.
